Private Riding Lessons

One-on-one lessons tailored entirely to you, your horse, and where you’re at right now. Because we work in your home arena, there’s no pressure, no rushing, and no audience. We’ll focus a lot on how your body posture and balance affect the way your horse moves, breaking things down into simple habits that make riding feel easier and more natural. Whether you're working through nerves, getting back in the saddle after years away, or just want to feel more in sync with your horse, we’ll take things completely at your pace. I teach both English and Western, and work with everyone from brand-new beginners to experienced adult amateurs.

Fee: $70 per 60 minute session (Complimentary travel within 30 miles of Lodi)
Extended Travel: $70 per 60 minute session plus $1/add'l mile

Horse Training

Need an extra set of hands with your horse? I offer under-saddle training and ground work to help your horse feel more balanced, responsive, and confident. Whether your horse needs a consistent tune-up, help working through a stubborn habit, or refining of some ground manners, my approach is always calm, clear, and fair. I also make sure to keep you in the loop after every session, so the progress we make carries over when you’re the one holding the reins.

Fee: $80 per 75 minute session

Group Lessons & Barn Clinics

Learning with barn friends is one of the best ways to ride! These sessions are great if you have a couple of boarders, friends, or family members who want to split a lesson or put together a mini-clinic. We can keep it casual and work on everyday equitation, or pick a specific theme like pole work, desensitization, or building confidence on the ground. Group lessons are laid-back, supportive, and a great way to learn not just from your own ride, but from watching others work through similar challenges too.
